Shamanic Lineage and Healing Foundations

My path as a practitioner began in 2004 with a foundational three-day workshop through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS) in Madison, Wisconsin. This profound introduction to shamanic journeying initiated a personal healing journey and established a daily practice of seeking insight, relationships, and healing through the upper and lower worlds.
 

To deepen my medicine, I spent over a decade studying under Eve B. Lee in Antioch, Illinois. This intensive apprenticeship included bi-monthly one-on-one mentorship, monthly journey circles, and traditional sweat lodges. My work with Eve culminated in a transformative, multi-day vision quest initiation in 2022 on her 225-acre farm in Northern Wisconsin.
 

Parallel to this apprenticeship, I integrated complementary somatic and energetic modalities, becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a Reiki Master Teacher. I also returned to the Foundation for Shamanic Studies to complete their advanced curriculum, including the Two-Week Shamanic Healing Intensive and entered their Three-Year Program in Advanced Initiations and Shamanic Healing.
 

In 2023, I was invited by Eve B. Lee to join her 80th birthday pilgrimage to Teotihuacán, Mexico. Led by Tosh and Victoria of the Raise Your State organization, this journey culminated in a profound temple initiation at the Pyramid of the Sun, where I received my spirit name, Cobra.

Today, with over twenty years of dedicated practice, I operate a private healing studio in Mequon, Wisconsin. My practice synthesizes therapeutic massage, Reiki master energy work, and traditional shamanic healing.

 

I am honored to pass these lineages forward by teaching Reiki certification courses and Shamanic Journey workshops to the next generation of seekers.

I would like to share with you Eve's lineage and what she brought to my training: ​

As a Shamanic Practitioner since 1993, Eve Lee has performed the traditional role of teacher, healer and "innovator," assisting individuals and communities in making transitions that maintain or restore health, harmony and balance in times that demand change. As a Reiki Master, she includes this ancient hands-on-healing work in her practice.
 

Eve is certified as a Shamanic Practitioner by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and was trained in core shamanism by shamans Michael Harner, and Sandra Ingerman. She apprenticed for many years with Toltec shamans and lives and teaches Don Miguel Ruiz’s “Path to Freedom.”

An accomplished equestrian, Eve is an Eponaquest Advanced Instructor in Equine Facilitated Learning, and now engages the Horse Ancestors as Helping Spirits in her shamanic teachings about horse-human relationships, mind-body awareness, emotional fitness, and authenticity.

Members of her now-departed Herd bring their Equine Magic into Eve’s shamanic healing and divination practice.

Eve has taught me the way of the Shaman, Equine Facilitated Learning and how to embody all of her wisdom and teaching. I know that as she moves from this reality to the next her teachings will have a deeper meaning as she will become a member of my Council of Elders.
