About Us

In 2004 I attended a 3-day workshop in Madison, WI through the Foundation For Shamanic Studies to learn how to "do" Shamanic Journeying.  It was profound and wonderful experience that set me on my healing journey, even before I could fully comprehend what I was doing let alone why I was doing it. 
Through the years that followed I would do the journey work if I was faced with a decision, or I needed healing, or perhaps insight on a relationship of any kind.
After several years of this, I found in a local paper a post for Equine Magic/Shamanic Study with Eve B Lee. I was instantly drawn to her, as many were.  When I finally had the courage to say "yes" I found myself working one-on-one with Eve at her Antioch, IL home of 17 acres and several horses. 
I would meet with Eve twice a month for many, many years. In addition to her monthly Shamanic Journey groups, sweat lodges I  ultimately faced another initiation in my vision quest that took place in 2022 at her Northern Wisconsin farm of 225 acres. 
Interwoven in the time that I was working with Eve I became a Reiki Master Teacher and a Licenses Massage Therapist.  I also expanded my Shamanic studies by returning to the Foundation for Shamanic studies and took part in a 2-week intensive training which lead me to their 3 year program.

In 2023 Eve invited me along on a retreat to celebrate her 80th birthday. We went with the Raise Your State group, lead by Tosh & Victoria to Teotihuacan, Mexico to the Pyramid of the Sun.  My initiation into the temple brought me a new name, Cobra. Which I use with my Teo family.

 

Twenty plus years in, after moving to Wisconsin from Chicago in 2022, I have my own healing studio in Mequon, WI where I practice massage, reiki and shamanic healing. As well as teach reiki and shamanic journey work, among other offerings. 

I would like to share with you Eve's lineage and what she brought to my training: ​

As a Shamanic Practitioner since 1993, Eve Lee has performed the traditional role of teacher, healer and "innovator," assisting individuals and communities in making transitions that maintain or restore health, harmony and balance in times that demand change. As a Reiki Master, she includes this ancient hands-on-healing work in her practice.
 

Eve is certified as a Shamanic Practitioner by the Foundation for Shamanic Studies and was trained in core shamanism by shamans Michael Harner, and Sandra Ingerman. She apprenticed for many years with Toltec shamans and lives and teaches Don Miguel Ruiz’s “Path to Freedom.”

An accomplished equestrian, Eve is an Eponaquest Advanced Instructor in Equine Facilitated Learning, and now engages the Horse Ancestors as Helping Spirits in her shamanic teachings about horse-human relationships, mind-body awareness, emotional fitness, and authenticity.

Members of her now-departed Herd bring their Equine Magic into Eve’s shamanic healing and divination practice.

Eve has taught me the way of the Shaman, Equine Facilitated Learning and how to embody all of her wisdom and teaching. I know that as she moves from this reality to the next her teachings will have a deeper meaning as she will become a member of my Council of Elders.
