Whether that event is in person, live online or recorded. you are solely responsible for being able to attend that event when you sign up for an event

After an event has started there will be no refunds.

If events require registration and the ordering of supplies, as in the Drum Birthing workshop, refunds cannot be given after the cut off date because supplies have been ordered. In that particular workshop (Drum Birthing or rattle making) participation can be deferred to the next class time or transfer their seat to a different participant.

Online courses, whether live or recorded require payment before the first class unless you have reach out to the instructor directly to ask for special accommodations. All of which are up to the instructor's discretion.

Some courses come with limited access. Meaning that after purchase you have a set amount of days to complete the program. The default is 3 months unless otherwise posted.

If you are showing up to the studio for an in person event we ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne of any sort due to allergies and sensitivities. The same would go for heavily scented lotions or hair products.

Additionally, if you are no show/no call and miss your session you are responsible for 100% that is owed. If you are booking a healing session - you may pay in advance or payment in cash, check, paypal or venmo are accepted.

If you cancel you session with less than 24 hours notice you may be charged from 50% to 100% of your session. If last minute cancellations become a frequent occurrence for you a credit card will be held on file to fulfil the payment required.

Never is sexual advances, sexual jokes, or sexual innuendos allowed. Services will be terminated on the spot and 100% of the payment owed will be charged and you will be banned from re-booking.
