Usui Reiki
Reiki: The Ultimate Reset for Body, Mind, and Spirit
Reiki—translated as Universal Life Force Energy—is a time-honored Japanese energy modality designed to restore harmony to your entire system. While its roots are ancient, its modern application is a powerful "first line of defense" against the fragmentation and burnout of everyday life.
As a Reiki Master Teacher, I have made this practice a cornerstone of my healing work for over two decades. Whether you are navigating a major life transition or feeling "stuck" in your personal growth, Reiki provides the energetic clarity needed to move forward with purpose.
What to Expect: A Sanctuary of Peace
A Reiki session is a non-invasive, fully-clothed experience where you can finally let go. As you rest on a massage table or sit comfortably, I act as a vessel for this healing energy, using a soft touch or hovering hands to direct the flow where your body needs it most.
While every experience is unique, the results are consistent.

Shamanic Healing
The word "Shaman" comes from a Siberian word "Saman.”
The word itself translates to "one who looks in the dark." We use the word Shaman to describe those who are able to see into the spirit realms for healing and information. Anthropologists have found that there have been these types of healers, the Shamans, throughout every continent for thousands of years.
Although some cultures call the act of entering the spirit
realms by other names such as "the dream-time" by Australian Aboriginals, or "other realms" in the Celtic traditions. Either way they are all entering an altered state of consciousness to connect with helping spirits and power animals. Using words to describe what actually happens is very limiting.
It is true that some traditions use plant medicines as well as the sonic beat of a drum and/or rattle, accompanied with dancing and singing to reach these other realms. In my practice I use the drum, rattle, dancing and singing to enter the lucid dreaming state to access my helping spirits and power animals.
This practice can be taught to anyone for their own direct revelation and communion with their helping spirits. Doing the practice of talking to your own helping spirits does not "make you a Shaman.” For one to "become" a Shaman takes many years, much training and initiations into the work and the worlds of the unseen realms. It is not for the faint of heart and can be a very lonely path. And I have chosen to make this path my life's work. I have been practicing Shamanic Healing work for 20 years.
In a shamanic healing session, the practitioner goes into the altered state of consciousness as the client lays down to receive the healing. The practitioner may dance, sing, chant and play drums or rattles to enter the altered state. Once there the helping spirits guide the practitioner in the healing techniques that will be necessary for the clients higher good. Knowing that first and foremost, as with all healing modalities the golden rule is to "do no harm.”
SHAMANIC HEALING SESSION
Soul Retrieval $200
Returning the soul parts that left you because of trauma(s). Up to 3 soul
parts can be returned in one session. With my helping spirits we go and
find the parts that fractured off and bring them back to you in journey and
ritual.
Energy Clearing and empowering $200
A time to clear your energy blocks and fill you with “the power.” Through
Shamanic journey, song, dance and ritual helping you along your lifes
path.
Psychopomp Journey $200
After death, the spirits of people and animals typically remain in a middle
world for 3 days prior to ascending to Heaven or the Light. These
disembodied spirts can be tethered to ordinary reality and need spiritual
help letting go. In Shamanic Journey I help these lost spirits and helps
them reach the Light or Heaven.
Welcome Home Package
3 very distinct sessions in one package.
$375
These are very special sessions that have been created with your higher
good in mind. Most Shamanic sessions can be a bit overwhelming for
people and integration takes time and care. The Welcome Home Package
consists of three separate sessions to be completed within 4 weeks time.
The first session included: Shamanic extractions and awakening your
power in the sixty minutes we are together.
The second session is a Shamanic soul retrieval; where soul parts that
have been lost due to trauma are reunited with you in this present
moment.
And finally the third session is a Reiki session. Bringing balance and
harmony to your whole being.
Each session as a stand alone would be $500
This package is only $375 for all three sessions.
